Our Advertise only service is aimed at landlords that want to and enjoy controlling and running their own rental properties. For a one off, small, upfront fee we can advertise your property for as long as it takes to find you a suitable tenant. This service is a cost-effective option for landlords and it aims to give you the best possible exposure for your property at a low cost.
Similar to advertising in a newspaper, we will put your advert up with your contact number and prospective tenants will then contact you directly to arrange viewings. This leaves you in full control to decide which applicants would suit you and your property best.

- High Street Shop – Properties are displayed on A3 lit background displays in our prominent shop window on Terrace Road
- Our Website – All properties with their high-resolution photos and full details are also displayed on our website
- Property Portals – All properties are automatically uploaded onto the online portals such as Zoopla and OnTheMarket
- Social Media – We use a number of social media platforms to advertise properties and reach prospective Tenants, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Property Brochure – A5 property brochures are available online and in our office for the high number of prospective tenants which we have through the door
- Applicants Database – On a weekly basis our full property brochure is sent out to all applicants/prospective tenants on our database
